I am interested in taking a vacation at the beach in North Carolina, South Carolina or Georgia. I would like to know if anyone has ever rented or found a place that loaned beach wheelchairs in any of these states.

They have them in Myrtle Beach, SC. I’m sorry I don’t have the particulars on this. You might want to contact their convention and visitors’ bureau about this.

Any of the beaches that are part of the National Parks system will have listed on the website whether they offer beach chairs – do a search for the National Park Service and hopefully it will give you some answers.
