I am not saying that no other race does this, but it SEEMS that the problem is perpetrated in larger pecentages with the black population. Q: Why do black males spend so much money on cars? The rotating chrome rims, skinny tires, tinted windows, LOUD stereo systems etc. Aren’t black people being hypocritical complaining about their poverty rate and then wasting so much of their income on transportation?
