I know some Mennonites who have introduced me to some Amish women and I can tell you yes they wear under garments that kind of look like short jumpsuits, but as for the shaving part I could not tell you ’cause they are private people.

As a matter of utility, I would expect the Amish to wear some sort of modest underwear. However, I certainly wouldn’t suspect that the Amish shave any body hair, unless for a reason unrelated to vanity.
