My question is for Afro-Americans: I live in England and take mini-breaks in continental Europe whenever I can afford to do it. Everytime I go to Italy for instance I see a lot of American tourists, but they are always White. I’ve never met an Black American travelling in Europe. Why is that? Don’t Black Americans feel attracted to Europe? Would you (Afro-American reader) consider a trip to Europe? Can you afford it? Sorry if my questions are silly, but I’m very puzzled by the huge numbers of White American tourists in Europe and lack of Afro-Americans.
