You have got to be kidding. ‘Long before America existed,’ each culture had its own standard of beauty. Why would someone who had never seen anyone white covet white women? The only reason it now appears that everyone ‘covets’ white women is that U.S. movies and television are controlled mainly by white folks, and anyone who has access to a television is constantly bombarded by the images these particular white folks select. This makes everyone, including the white folks who watch this stuff, believe ‘long hair, light skin and eyes’ is superior.
