I work in a prison and see black guys everyday wearing their pants almost to their knees. Its very rude and disrespectful towards staff. No one wants to see your tale. I would love to know where your sociology teacher got his information from. I believe that as it may be ‘gangsta’ it could also possibly be a trend for those guys. I know white people that wore their pants ‘tight rolled’ at the bottom and it too was a trend or some type of fashion statement.
