I just wanted to add to what Dan was saying about Latino skins. Zack de la Rocha, who is a Chicano, was a part of the Straight Edge scene in East LA before he was in Rage Against the Machine. In the documentary in subject, he is interviewed and explains how Neo-Nazis adopted (or stole) the Skinhead/Oi culture to attract possible recruits. Someone else mentioned Bad Brains, who are black Rastafarians. There is also the Specials, who had 3 black members and 3 white members and called their record label 2-Tone for a reason. The Clash collaborated w/reggae sensation Mikey Dread and toured w/rappers Grandmaster Flash and the Treacherous Three. So punk rock is certainly not a racist thing, the original incarnation is actually quite the opposite.
