I read your post and you’re right. Also speaking from experience, it is much harder to get a job stripping as a black female, and that’s a sad fact. It just goes to show how embedded racism is in all aspects of society. When you stopped, did you find that you went through a phase for a while where you didn’t want anything to do with males – a sort of man withdrawal? I think a lot of people would be surprised at the number of women who have done this for money, and no, the majority of them are not on drugs or dippy in the head. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, but I understand the decision behind it.
