In those words you have stated, there is a world of difference. Believing a race is superior to another and making opinions with basically no knowledge is totally different, and neither are morally right. There is no superior race, and pre-judging with no knowledge is made only by the ignorant, anyway. No person (of any race) should need a dictionary to answer the two questions you asked.
