If it’s a crowd of people and there is only one black person iam trying point out I purposly use some other identifyer to point out the person. My rational it to look at all people as equals. As such there is some way, other than that person’s ethnicy to use as an identifyer (the guy with the white shirt or the woman with the nice butt). I’ve noticed in newspaper articles (mainly local or regional papers) about a crime, the writer tends to use ethnicithy as an identifyer if the person is black or another minority but if the person is white, physical identfyers are used.
