Your point #2. It makes sense for big projects like putting an addition on your house, but for things like washing you car? Those are things that you’re going to spend time doing anyway. When you get your car washed, you’re sitting there at the car wash while somebody else does it. It’s not like they come pick up your car and drop it off when it’s done. You gotta drive to the cleaners, wait in line, wait for it to be cleaned, then shell out bucks to somebody. Most of the time, you’d save time doing it yourself.
