Why do black girls who live in dorms always seem to blast their music REALLY loud, no matter what time of day or night? Is it rage? Sticking it to the man?

People around my age are likely blasting their music, whether in the dorm room, the car, their parents' house. It's not just the black girls, believe me. I lived in an all-girls dormitory and there were maybe 2 or 3 black girls on my floor; I don't recall them blasting music, but the other girls did. As to why, perhaps people want to draw attention to themselves or assert their identity. Or they're just really obsessed with their music.

Blasting music has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with race, or gender for that matter. I've lived in dorms and have heard all types of music blasting from all types of people. All it is is rude people who dont care that other people dont wanna hear their shyt (excuse my language LOL)
