What are you saying - blacks at the Puerto Rican Day parade harassed the females walking through? It's one thing to walk through a public place - it's another to enter a closed establishment. Again, if you can sit down and have a drink without bothering people, fine. If you need to belittle those already in the establishment, then suffer the consequences.
