This question is for BJ Winchester, who responded to the question (GD2) of whether college diversity courses have done their job. I work with a program that is working to teach 'Valuing Individual Differences' to students in grades K through 12. What do you suggest we do as program facilitators to increase our knowledge base about white privilege, and is this appropriate to address with students in a one-day workshop?
