Leah26124ParticipantWe learned about this in our Human Sexuality course. Vaccums can be bought over the counter. No side effects, however the effect is only temporary (this is what many porn actors use just before they are filmed). Surgery allows a more permanent effect, but the side effect is that the erection is not as "firm" and the many other side effects of any surgery (risk of infection, anesthetic reaction, etc.). I would say that size does not matter, but I know this is the equivalent to breast augmentation. It does not matter to other people, but it matters to your own self-image.User Detail :
