Does anyone know of any studies or surveys that have been done to determine how many women have actually had an orgasm and know it while having sexual intercourse? Men know from the onset of their first 'wet dream' what an orgasm feels like, while many women suffer probably for a lifetime in some sad instances without ever having had an orgasm. I didn't know or realize I wasn't actually climaxing until I was 22 (relatively young, luckily for me). Sure, I was well aware of how it felt to climax during masturbation and oral sex, but how many women, like me, moaned and groaned along with their partner never knowing they were really faking it?
