This question is particularly vexing to me, as I've had to explain this to all variety of ogling male. I'm dressed this way to impress the man I'm out with. Dressing provocatively on a date isn't an invitation to every man in the place. I can't count the number of times I've had strangers hit on me while my boyrfriend was in the bathroom. Some of us just want to look good to one man. To other men, it's fine to look, but don't assume I'm open for business just because you can see my knees.
