You must have missed the part about them not making it through the probationary period, which I believe is six months. In case you aren't familiar with the term it means the employer, in this case a state, can release the employ within the period without giving cause or notice. And I'm simply assuming that because they are not finishing the probationary period that they are unqualified. I apologize if I came across as a racist or whatever cause I'm not. I know everyone is the same and some people are more qualified than others to do the same job. I never said it was cause she was black or a woman. I'm sorry you think I'm predjudiced because my uncle can't get a job when people who do get it don't make it through the probationary period.
