Why is it that so many people who claim to be anti-affirmative action, anti-abortion, anti-gun control, anti-gay rights, anti-welfare, even anti-feminist, but pro-capital punishment still vote Democratic? Don't they know that these are Republican tendancies to be that way about these issues? Are they really Republicans and just don't know it? Why is it that they think on the right but vote on the left? Don't they realize that by voting Democratic that they may elect peolple that go against their beliefs? I realize that there are Democrats that feel that way about some of the above issues but they are the exception. And there are Republicans that do the same thing but they are the exception. With the upcoming elections, I'd like to hear people's opinions on this issue.
