To Kerrie, It is true that poor people have things to worry about. However that doesn’t give anybody a reason to trash the neighborhood. It doesn’t take that much more effort to throw something in the trash can. I have been to ‘ghetto’ cities in different states and in Canada before, but I would have never guessed it.
