I have heard this rumor for all of my adult life and would like to know if it is true. It goes like this, that when middle eastern people (from the oil producing countries) come here buy a business, that they don’t have to pay taxes for 5 or 7 years. Then when their time runs out they sell the business to another family member there by escaping our taxes again.
