ScarletteLastarMemberI am of mix heritage (Polish and Congolese) and am rather light skinned. Every time I am out with a black man, I receive really cold looks from the black women, this has happened many times to my sister and me, but only with either Jamaican or Haitian women, never with African ones. Why?

BrittanyParticipantI’m not sure I would say an issue with lighter women..I think they mean mugs and stares come from the fact that to their eyesight you are a white woman with a black man..I don’t know how you look but obviously although you are biracial you may look more cacausian…and yes some black women have issues with black men and white women because unfornately in the african-american race our men are either career criminals, locked up, or no good so the few we have are taken and they aren’t being occupyed by black women….nexrt time you get a cold look why don’t you ask her whats on her mind…you can get an honest answer.
