I was just watching TV and the black Guy said When he called The Ghetto W/ a White Voice they made it clear that it was a Black area, and he might not want to Live there. But to him ( a black man) it was no big deal He went right in to the point when he used a black voice at a white area they, acted like they did not want him there. SO I think it works both ways.
