American dialect is very different from the English language, especially if they talk amongst themselves and you are not an American and they do they usual insinuations and subtle passive-aggressive hostility, so they use a lot of B.S. slangs and give you the run around business when you don’t have the same pronunciation like they do and don’t understand what’s going on to make you feel stupid. They right away think that you are below their level just because you don’t speak their own kind of jargon. Language evolves and its influenced greatly by the influx of cultures and the environment of the people. When you have a bigger nose and big nasal passages your voice could pass through that opening from the mouth with a different sound than when a latino person tries to be nasal and Asians who have smaller noses. And with regards to the Blacks their culture has never been an educated people since it was only recently that they were allowed to be educated, so much of what they have learned in their communities are English that are of their own dialect as different from the dialect of the Whites. The Whites and the Blacks are proud that they have their own dialect that people of different cultures could not understand so that they would know that they belong with each other. Much of the violence that is being done to people in this country is verbal psychological abuse and it is done through their own dialects, in that way they could get away clean leaving the victim thinking that it was his problem of paranoia.
