Charles, if you know that ogling a woman makes her uncomfortable, why continue to do it? I look at handsome, well-dressed men all the time, discreetly. I can be standing next to a handsome man and get a good look at him without him knowing I ever looked. Perhaps a group of gay men should ogle, catcall, make kissy sounds, follow you and make comments about your body, Charles. Perhaps one should even grab your butt. Then maybe you’d understand why women feel so uncomfortable and vulnerable when they’re the target of such ignorant behavior. If every man could experience, just once, the humiliation that men put women through – including rape – I’m sure the majority would have a newfound respect for us; a respect that is obviously lacking in the majority of American men.
