The concept you have of bikers was at one time true. However, the bikers of today are not as they once were. If you were to go to a bike rally, such as the one in Sturgis, S.D., you would be surprised at the amount of professionals who ride. These professionals include doctors,lawyers, there is a high ranking official at my place of employment who attends every year. These people go to meet other Harley Davidson riders. They go, they party, stay within the law, then go back home. As for drugs,yes they probably are there,but most of the people do not use or sell them. Drugs have, unfortunately become a part of many types of gatherings. The ‘noise’ is a Harley Davidson trade mark. As to the amplitude of the sound, I imagine there are some riders who do increase the decible range.
