I missed an appointment one time and was sent a bill for $65.90. It highly irked me as the doctor was always late. I paid the bill and got a receipt. The next time I went to the doc I took my camcorder and turned it on to provide the evidence. I was told many times the doc would be right there. I waited for 2 hours and 35 minutes past my appointment time. I handed the receptionist a bill for my time. She laughed and said ‘good luck’ I called them and they refused to pay it. I filed the court documents asking for 2 hours and 35 minutes of my wages. They ended up settleing out of court. My company charges $161/hr for networking services so that is what they paid me for my time. I was also told to find a new doctor.
