It has to do with choice. Black women typically have larger rounder butts because going naked as much of black Africa did men chose women with larger buttocks for various reasons. On the other hand women chose men with larger penises hence the larger black penis. Whites lived in very much colder areas. Clothes were required often year around. What a person did or aquired made them more attractive as a mate. Sizes of the body were muted by clothes so the body appearance wasn’t as important. Observe a gas station sometime a black male will pull in get out and look all around to see who is looking at him. Then he struts in to buy two dollars worth of gas. A white male will pull in pump his tank full using a credit card and go oblivious to other patrons. Granted what I wrote is stereotypical but in many cases true.
