it’s a horrible way to refer to a black person in our point of view. Slave masters called their slaves colords because we werent the same… we werent good enough. It makes blacks think of a referral to slavery. not something we want to think of. No matter what it’s forgiven but never forgotten. dont cross the line and go that far over the edge. it’s just like the N word.It’ll just set the world back to an era not too long ago once again. even if a black was to call me colored they’re gettin the evil eye. i wish someone would….. Slave masters called us colored and we called them crackers…. it’s harsh either way. Whites would get offended, so would i. and they’re right, it’s not the early 1900 !!!!!!!!! drop it
