I’m white, and I haven’t notice nor do I feel that African-american’s have inferiority complexes. If anything it seems to me white girls are more likely to be insecure. I don’t think its any jealously thing, trying to be like black women, just maybe more a cultural thing. Maybe white women have been more raised thatt here is only one ideal of ‘beauty’ Take weight for example..I hardly know any white women who are the least bit overweight who don’t have a bit of a complex about it. My barely size 10 friend is constantly telling me how big her thighs are. Yet I’ve met quite a few black women of a larger size that seem quite confident they are beautiful as they are, have no trouble getting the guys, a just really project a sort of ‘hey I’m a gorgeous woman’ attidude. (Not in a stuck up way, just a very confident way). And many black women I’ve met have a lot more sass and spunk (on average-definately not everyone) that most of my white friends.
