Actually, my best friend is a black guy. But as I said in my original entry (again, several things I wrote into the field were deleted, probably because the original message had too many details), most of my friends who are black are men, and men deal with the whole roommate thing differently, especially with food. It seemed to me a quirky and interesting thing to get an insight from you guys in the whole, sampling from across the country. Y? Forum seems like a good place for that (if you have a short list of details, that is). And, also, I think it's a good thing to try to exhaust all realms of possibly understanding a person before you dismiss them as a complete jerk.
