now, one wonders why teenagers are generally more likely to have an accident, not only is it due to their ‘rebellious’ age, but driving experience, i think that perhaps the driving age should begin at 15, but you can only drive with a parent or 21 yo adult in the car until the age of 18, think of it, thats 3 years of ‘practice’ driving with a ‘responsible’ adult in the car giving pointers..also i think it needs to be taught and stressed more that when you are driving on a highway or two lane road…stay in the fucking right hand lane unless you intend to pass someone, comparitive studies in germany and the united states have shown that you are less likely to have such an accident if you just stay in the right lane, unless you plan to pass someone
