I too have experienced discrimination against white males to the extent that I can no longer work for the city. I was expected to train people for jobs that I could perform well but never given the position. When I asked why I was told that these jobs needed to be filled by minorities. From that point on I always selected ‘other’ on my Targeted Jobs Tax Credit forms. My great-grandfather was Choctaw. Let them investigate. I don’t feel bad about it at all. The sooner we discard all this hiring strictly on the basis of race the better.
