I’m an African-American woman. I complain about bad service, bad manners,bad english and bad/unruley children among other things. If I’m paying for a service I expect the best, that’s what people in service positions get paid for and should give it. I was taught that Please and thank you were the magic words, they are, use them. You have a right to complain if something is not up to the standards they should be. If you don’t vote don’t complain. Treat people like you’d like to be treated. It’s all so simple.
