Seamus, I can’t speak for all blacks, but I don’t know of one and have never heard of any say they would ever pay back hate and violence with more hate and violence. It’s just no good to do that; hate is wrong, no matter what the color of the person doing it. The United States has more interracial members than ever before, and the mindset of blacks is not to repeat past mistakes, but to go forward and live in peace. Ignorance, sadly, will always play a factor in our lives, but I think the original question was meant to plant fear and racial division in people’s minds. I found it tasteless and tacky. Who cares which race is more in number? We are all Americans.
