Not neccesarily. I lost my viginity when I was 14. And while know now that that was a mistake on my behalf, I have never blamed the boy. Actually, I'm still very fond of him. He was 17 at the time. He was my boyfriend for over two years. I did it because i had been dying to do it not because I felt pressured in any kind of way. Why not try to help this young man who is obviously seeking some help instead of making him feel quilty so next time he won't ask for help. Girls have to learn to take some responsibility for our actions too and stop always blaming the men. If that was the case then a sixteen year old shouldn't be sexually active either right?
