Although this country’s native language is English, there are many other races living in the United States. Imagine that you are forced to move to another country. How would you feel if when you called the telephone company, you couldn’t be assisted because there were no English speaking representatives. Or suppose you couldn’t set up an appointment for electricity to be turned on in your new home. Are you supposed to live in the dark because you can’t speak English? How would you expect to get through day to day living? At this point, you are probably thinking that they should SIMPLY learn to speak English. Well, that takes time, and you can’t expect someone who can’t speak English to simply not speak to anyone until they learn.
