If your hair is in your face, you get it out of your face. While some may intend upon being rude that isn’t the majority. Hair is beautiful, if it gets a woman of any race positive attention good for her. When I flip my hair there is not dandruff or anything gross. I don’t believe brushing your hair should be done in private it’s just hair. I do know many men who find hair and I suppose the flipping of it very hot.
