With the exception of the Orthodox branch, most Jewish temples will accept converts with open arms AS LONG AS the convert show serious self-motivation and interest in Judiasm. It is against Jewish beliefs to actively seek out or try to convert people. They have to choose Judiasm for themselves. But once they do, it is generally supported. Try a ‘reform’ branch, if that interests you.
