On average yes. I say this from the other side of the coin. The one African man (from Kenya) was painful for me. I’ve had white men that are both too large and just right for me. I’ve lived in Japan for a few years now and will say that the men here are ‘just right.’ I’ll make a guess and say that the average penis size corellates to the average vagina size. From discussions with my girlfriends and life experience I, a 5 foot 2 inch healthy white woman am on the small side for a white woman. 🙂
