I’m not sure that the snipers even fall into the category of serial murderers. I’d have to check some reference materials to be certain, but from what I recall it seems like they would fall into the category of spree killers. And while serial murder is a predominately white crime, I don’t know the stats on spree killers – just that they are not the same thing.
