I would have been heavily reprimanded if I did or said the things I see some teens saying to their parents. I came from a father where I couldn’t do anything right and his temper overflowed all the time. When you get some distance, you’ll realize it’s not that bad. I appreciate my dad for teaching me to respect and not sass. He sometimes got out of line and it sucked when I was 17, but I’m just fine now.
