Excuse me but the christian population was not taught hatred of gays by our parents or preachers. We were taught that it was wrong to have same sex relationships. I.E.- Sodom and Gomorah: the bible tells us that this is wrong. I for one do not hate gays, one of my good friends from high school turned out to be gay. I don’t have a problem with the Gay/Lesbian community having civil unions, but God will not tolerate this same sex marriage stuff. Everyone shall be judged after we die so then we will all find out if this is ok with God and not just the populus of the world. I have no problem with people being gay or what you do in the privacy of your own home. The bible tells us that this wrong Ms. Sally. I’m not a doctor but i don’t think gayness is genetic i believe it is a lifestyle choice. Not to mention i haven’t heard any medical reports proving that gayness is genetic, that just sounds like an excuse coming form people who know society as a whole will not accept their lifestyle choice. The more homosexuality we throw at our kids the more their minds will be shaped to accept and become Gay. These shows like queer eye and queer as folk are not teaching our children any moral values, just poor lifestyle choices. I mean if that’s the way people want their life than fine but don’t bring it into my living room on the T.V. And yes i do change the channel right by those programs.
