You said ‘potential kidnappers would have no idea who any of the women on the street were’ Sorry, but wouldn’t it be easier to pick the women as they are the ones wearing the veils? I find it strange that you also don’t see a lot of veils or burqas in photos pre or post women’s lib (1960-70’s). Can you explain that?
