Yes, it is very much true. I do it, I’ve taught others how to do it, and it takes one being very comfortable with self to learn to do it. I don’t know any women who are able to squirt without direct G-spot stimulation. It does not happen with every orgasm, and the woman may or may not have control over it. As to where it is from, I don’t know that anyone is too sure about this (too little research is done on female sexuality), though I recall reading a theory that it is uterine fluid. It is much more acidic than general female lubrication.
