I thought this was a really nice response when I asked a black woman on the elevator how she was. I liked it so much, I used it a few times myself. That is, until I said it to a black woman and she gave me a REALLY cold look. Why did she do that ? Did she think I was mocking her ? On the contrary: I felt blessed that I was able to wake up and enjoy another beautiful day on this earth. Also, I’ve never said or done anything to harm anyone of any race, religion, etc. Why would someone automatically assume I am mocking them ?
