I sometimes am guilty of staring at people.Often it is a black person. I stare because I find people interesting or even attractive. Rarely because I mistrust them. In that case I don’t look at them long, I just get away from them. I wonder if the idea that ‘you'(blacks) are being watched because ‘you might steal’ is overrated. Maybe you are actually very interesting to watch or are attractive to look at.I am stared at a lot and I get self concious but once I visit with people they always tell me it’s because they like me.It could happen to you.
