Maybe some people like a nice-looking lawn and use this as their hobby. The better house you have, the more money you can get for it. I wouldn’t want to live next to a house who occupants didn’t like to keep the weeds down. I speak from experience. My one neighbor is completly crazy about his lawn, with hundreds of flowers and a pretty big garden. On the other hand, the other neighbor lets his grass grow about six inches before they cut it. It looks terrible. I wouldn’t yell at them, but it does make my house look bad.
