For me, obtaining multiple orgasms requires a certain amount of control over my arousal. When I feel an orgasm coming on, I can control it so that it is a small orgasm where there is no ejaculation. Eventually, after several small orgasms, I can no longer control it and ejaculation occurs. This final orgams produces the greatest pleasure.
