I think there is an interracial nuance to your inquiry that should be considered. As an almost-40 black male, my experience has been that sisters often need to be led into the act (whether this is real or feigned I don’t know). Conversely, I’ve found that Caucasian females are more forward about it, meaning that they flirt more aggressively and explicitly and are much quicker to imply oral satisfaction. Again, I do think it has more to do with the race of the intended mate. I would bet dollars to donuts that a survey documenting which produced more interracial offsprings at a younger age (Caucasian or flack females) would reveal that the Caucasians are more open to interracial relations.
